Elite Educational Training Center reserves the right to accept or deny the transferring in of clock hours received from another school. The granting of credit for prior learning or exams cannot exceed twenty five percent (25%) of any program. Programs and tuition will be adjusted according to the number of hours/credits accepted by Elite Educational Training Center.

Students who are transferring from another school must provide the school with the following documentation:
A certification of credits or clock hours from previous institution(s) attended, such as: transcripts and degrees (diplomas or certificates) as verification of credit and clock hours. If the student has taken a class more than 5 years ago, Elite Educational Training Center requires the student to take an equivalent exam of that class prior to accepting or denying the credits/clock hours.

Elite Educational Training Center will perform an evaluation of the transcript for credits that were taken within the allowable time frame and will grant credit based on the evaluation. Transfer of credits will only be allowed for classes that were passed with a minimum of a (C) and that were taken within 7 years of the program start date. This credit will not exceed the amount of hours appearing in the certification provided by the student. If a student from Elite Educational Training Center should request a transfer to another School, all tuition balances must be satisfied prior to the preparation of transcripts. Transcripts will not be released if the student has a balance with the school. The official transcript provided to Elite Educational Training Center for transfer of credit evaluation will remain in the student file permanently and will not be returned to students. There will be no charge for transfer or initial transcript services. Subsequent copies of official transcripts will cost $10 per copy.

There is no guarantee that clock hours earned at Elite Educational Training Center will be accepted at other institutions. Acceptance of credits is up to the receiving institution. It is the student's responsibility to confirm whether credits will be accepted by another institution of the student's choice.
